Over the years we have developed state-of-the-art production methods that allow us to deliver a consistent, customizable product that is first-class in the hardwood cooking fuel industry. For 40+ years we have produced the best restaurant-grade wood available. Listening to our clients' needs Gourmet Wood® has built a business model that caters to the restaurant industry.
In 2022, we celebrated our 40th Anniversary by launching our first retail product, GWP Premium Cooking Wood. We have now added to the cooking wood items with additional lines of GWP Cooking Chunks & GWP Smoking Chips.
Our plans beyond BBQ wood fuel include Cedar Planks, Charcoal, Firestarter's, & BBQ Pellets.
